Dice System
Dice are used for many purposes in AotMC, including spars, AA's, and war.  Dice are gained by earning XP's, or experience points.  To have the dice, a character must first earn the XP's.  However, keep in mind that dice are not the only way to fight or to play.  XP's serve mostly as a reward system and the dice as a way to judge level (not to mention they are useful for things which need an element of chance and level in it).  Be flexible, dice do not work or are not needed in all situations.

Dice System:
New members will start with 0 experience points (XP's) at level 0, with Xd20 sides dice, unless deemed other wise be the GC (though if the dice is considered too high, the reasoning may be questioned). Xd is determined by what your character is. Immortals and supernatural will have 4dX, half's will have 3dX, and mortals will have 2dX. If this class cannot be deterred by the GC, then the character will automatically get 2dX. GC's may ignore the classes and give out number of dice as they see fit, but these dice may not exceed 4dX. Also, if character is in more than one AotMC castle, then their highest dice earned though AotMC will count as their dice. XP is gained though a number of different ways, and these are later explained. When you reach the required amount of XP, you gain a level and the dice that come with it.

Thanks to TheRaptor4, we now have a program that will automatically calculate dice and level. ( The download time shouldn't be more then a few seconds. If you have problems, please contact TheRaptor4. )

Dice scoring:
This is the system of determining how hard a move was delivered on a character or if it was even delivered at all. The numbers rolled by a player are to be first figured and then added together.  Not the other way around.

For example: John (2d20) is fighting Mary (2d22). Mary attacks.
Here she can make up what kind of attack she wants to make.
She might type: ::slices at John::
Then she rolls her dice, here she'd type: //roll-dice2-sides22
lets say her scores were 18 and 21.
She'd get a 1 from the 18, and a 2 from the 21 (see chart below) for a total of 3.
Then it's Johns turn. He'll do the same thing, but use 2d20 instead of 2d22.
Spars are explained in greater detail here.
